To ensure quality and consistency for our customers, most of our products are directly imported from the USA. We strive to provide the best shipping options for our customers across Australia. Our goal is to deliver your orders promptly and securely.
Delivery Timeframe
Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and public holidays) are:
- Victoria: approximately 7-10 working days;
- NSW, SA, ACT, QLD: approximately 9-12 working days;
- WA, NT, TAS: approximately 9-12 working days.
Shipping Cost
We are working hard to keep shipping cots as low as possible and are always transparent about our shipping costs. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and will be clearly indicated at check out.
